Future Graphics, MK Imaging Combine to Offer Remanufacturing Instructions at World Expo
LAS VEGAS — Future Graphics New Product Development Manager Craig Rummler, Development Engineer Gerardo Martinez and Technical Support Director Paul Rossi volunteered their time and expertise at World Expo to provide remanufacturers hands-on how to rebuild the most critical new HP releases. They were joined by engineers from MK Imaging.
The courses included remanufacturing instructions for the HP P1005/1006/1505; HP P4014/4015/4515 and HP CM1312/CP1515/CP1215/CP1518, the most critical HP releases of the last three years.
“It’s always rewarding to personally interact with remanufacturers and to provide hands-on technical support,” said Craig Rummler, a 20-plus year veteran of the aftermarket imaging industry. “The new releases by HP will generate a lot of aftermarket demand, and I'm confident that my colleagues and I at Future Graphics detailed the clearest, most accurate instructions available for these engines.”
