Static Control Components Focuses on Education at World Expo
LAS VEGAS — Static Control continued to focus on education at the 2008 World Expo held in Las Vegas, Nev.
Featured at Static Control‘s booth were extensive training sessions for the CTL Replenishment System and inkjet remanufacturing. Many companies received training on the stand and many more in the education classes held in conference rooms at Mandalay Bay. Also the new Web-based education programs were explained to customers.
These programs allow customers to log on and receive interactive training without the expensive cost or inconvenience of travel. Customers that signed up will receive printed guides that detail times and dates of scheduled training sessions that they can join. This program is free to all Static Control customers and covers a variety of topics including: new product releases, new engine training, inkjet training, CTL Replenishment System training, and one-on-one troubleshooting as necessary.
At this year’s annual industry outlook, Static Control provided economic information about the remanufacturing industry in the U.S. and around the world. Valuable educational information was given on the CTL Replenishment System, inkjet cartridge opportunities, and new laser engine cartridge opportunities. Customers received updates on the current status of the Lexmark vs. Static Control trial and a message of sincere thanks and gratitude from senior management to customers for their continued support. On the stand customers were given a brief demonstration of all the latest new product releases including new system announcements, new products, and valuable step-by-step guides and educational DVDs.
