ILG Appoints Ron Harris as Director of Marketing
WOODLAND HILLS, Calif. — International Laser Group appointed Ron Harris to head up its marketing department.
In a strategic move to further brand the company’s image domestically and internationally ILG brought aboard a savvy marketing veteran. Though, Harris is a relative newcomer to the imaging industry, he spent the last three years on the maintenance component side as director of marketing of Nupro which experienced unprecedented growth under Harris’ watch. Harris has a multifaceted 20-year marketing background. As an entrepreneur, Harris served 13 years as CEO for a marketing firm that put together integrated marketing strategies for some of America’s largest corporations. Harris also holds an MBA from Canbourne University in London, England.
“I look forward to increasing the awareness of the International Laser Group’s unique and outstanding line of laser printer supplies, more than 350 different toner cartridges, first-to-market jumbo color, quality, service, delivery and American-made. And those all together are darn powerful tools and is what sets ILG apart from all the rest,” Harris said. “Compared to creating a company like that, my tasks are simple. All I have to do is make sure everyone knows and understands it.”
