TSAworld Releases Remanufactured Fuser Product Line for Canon
NORCROSS, Ga. — TSAworld launched a line of remanufactured fusers for use in Canon imageCLASS and imageRUNNER copiers. The company has been rebuilding Canon fusers and fixing film assemblies for close to 15 years. These line extensions are in response to customer requests.
TSAworld, a major printer parts distribution company and HP Authorized Parts Reseller (APR), has been rebuilding the highest quality fusers available in the industry for more than 15 years.
These many years of rebuilding Canon based fusers was merged with months of intense partnerships with a number of large Canon dealerships who assisted with product development and testing.
TSAworld’s program addresses many of the concerns voiced by dealers over their experiences with other rebuilt Canon fuser programs.
For instance, all units sent to TSAworld are remanufactured and returned … with no limit to the number of times a unit can be remanufactured. Only OEM parts are used in the remanufacturing process and average turnaround time is one to two business days. This provides copier dealerships with an economical alternative to purchasing brand new units.
“TSAworld understands the changing environment for copier service technicians,” said partner Jim Spall. “The continued emphasis on reducing costs of parts and labor by service departments presents an opportunity to switch from rebuilding fusers in the field to replacement of entire units with remanufactured units. Additionally, continued emphasis by dealerships on print management and cost-per-copy contracts places added pressure on controlling service related costs.”
