Printer Essentials Will Not Pass Along Increased Fuel Costs

August 1, 2008 - page(s): 107
RENO, Nev. — Printer Essentials Inc. will not pass along rising fuel costs or surcharges to customers.
The fuel surcharges being levied by FedEx, UPS, DHL and other transportation companies will be absorbed by Printer Essentials in order to help its customers better compete in today's challenging economy.

“The U.S. economy has been challenged by the rising cost of oil. As businesses and consumers, we are all feeling the effects of the rapid increase in the price of fuel,” said Thomas Peck, chairman of Printer Essentials. “In times like these, difficult business decisions must be made about which parties along the supply chain must shoulder increased transportation costs from the shipping companies. Printer Essentials has made the decision, at this time, not to pass along any increased fuel surcharges or increased shipping rates.”
