Micro Solutions Enterprises Expands Compatible MICR Cartridge Line

VAN NUYS, Calif. — Micro Solutions Enterprises expanded its broad MICR product line to include five compatible replacement cartridges for Source Technologies, IBM, Lexmark and HP.MSE’s latest Source Technologies compatible MICR cartridge yields an average of 15,000 prints at five percent coverage and is compatible with the ST 9550 as well as the IBM Infoprint 1532, 1552 and 1572 models. The MICR compatible for Lexmark's 64035HA is compatible with T640, T642 and T644 printers and also yields an average of 15,000 prints at five percent coverage. MSE also released two additional models to its HP compatible MICR line including the high-yield LaserJet P3005 series and the P2015 series with average page yields of 13,000 and 3,000 respectively.

Each MICR toner cartridge manufactured by MSE is tested by printing checks, which are then tested for signal strength and qualified with a check reader similar to those used in banking institutions.
