SANFORD, N.C. — Static Control offers CTL replenishment system kits that include everything a remanufacturer needs to save money on nearly every cartridge remanufactured.Static Control now offers three CTL replenishment kits, one with a manual fixture, one with an automated fixture and a European automated fixture.
In addition to the fixture each kit contains replenishment wipes, an OPC chamber insert, a temporary box for drum storage box, SCC lint-free wipes, and a complete set of fixture adapters. Static Control’s CTL replenishment system is revolutionizing the remanufacturing industry and has been designed, developed and manufactured to provide a unique process that enables remanufacturers to reuse OEM drums after the first cycle, and within weeks qualifications will be announced for aftermarket drums provided by SCC as well. This system will reduce the number of aftermarket drums needed to recycle cartridges successfully.
Drums can be replenished for every color and monochrome all-in-one cartridge except HP8100, HP4000, Canon PX, Canon SX and Canon WX. Customers can inject new profits into their laser cartridge remanufacturing business for around 20 cents per drum and just two minutes of labor.
