It’s been four months since I joined the Recharger team and I have enjoyed meeting many of you during that time. I think one of the smartest things I did was turn over this page of the magazine to our very talented editorial director, Amy Turner. At the same time, I was truly heartened to see good business people implementing good business practices, as it speaks to the quality of the document printing aftermarket industry overall.
