Lanier introduced the Lanier LP131n and the Lanier LP136n monochrome laser printers.  Designed for small offices and workgroups, the Lanier LP131n/LP136n deliver fast quality prints making them an
economical and highly productive solution for many of today’s business environments.    
 
Production is easily expedited with the Lanier LP131n/LP136n as they print at speeds of 31 and 36 pages per minute (ppm) respectively, and offer a warm-up speed of less than 19 seconds and a first print speed of just 6.9 seconds. Superb image quality with resolution up to 1200 x 600 dpi, produces crisp prints for professional graphics, text and drawings. Also, the Lanier LP131n/LP136n have many built-in features that make the printer user-friendly, including an easy-to-navigate LCD screen and control panel.

Utilizing solutions such as SmartDeviceMonitorTM or WebImageMonitorTM, job queues and supply levels can be monitored from a desktop.  Additionally, e-mail alerts help to keep the Lanier LP131n/LP136n operating smoothly by immediately notifying users when the printer needs attention for items such as more paper or new toner.  Paper jams are virtually eliminated with the system’s smooth paper feeding and handling.  Additionally, the Lanier LP131n/LP136n’s front-access paper trays and small footprint allow them to fit comfortably on a desktop. 
 
In addition to many outstanding productivity features, the Lanier LP131n/LP136n also have an impressive array of security features built-in such as the Network Protection Data Unit that encrypts the data stream.  To further protect sensitive data, an optional hard disk drive enables confidential documents to be held at the printer until released with a Personal Identification Number (PIN) is also available.
 
The suggested retail price for the Lanier LP131n is $749.00 and $899.00 for the Lanier LP136n.
