Staples Ups IT Services with EasyTech

Staples announced it is making technology installations, maintenance, and upgrades easier and more secure for home office and small business customers with the new Staples EasyTech service. Starting Jan. 30, every Staples store in the U.S. will have an in-store technician to help customers with services such as hardware and software installations, data protection and security, and repair and troubleshooting.
As part of the new service launch, Staples is offering free installation of Windows Vista Home Premium, Windows Vista Business, and Windows Vista Ultimate, $19.99 unlimited installation of any software, $29.99 unlimited installation of any hardware, and $39.99 unlimited hardware/software combinations from Jan. 30 - March 31.

"By rolling out our services in combination with the availability of Windows Vista, home office workers and small businesses can benefit from this easier, safer, and more robust operating system right from day one."
Staples previously launched Easy Mobile Tech in August 2005 as an on-site service at homes or businesses and at select Staples locations. With the expansion and re-branding of this program, Staples is making it even easier for customers to get the most value out of technology implementations from a trusted source, in a convenient location, and at competitive prices. Staples EasyTech in-store technicians will combine products with services to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of customers. Staples will also continue to offer customers services and support at home and office locations.
