Toshiba America Business Solutions Inc. (TABS) announced the expansion of its product line with the debut of five new products, the e-STUDIO2500c/3500c color multifunction product (MFP) series, the e-STUDIO165/205 MFP series and the e-STUDIO205CP full color printer. All five products will be available beginning in June.
The e-STUDIO 2500c/3500c series is designed for color-intensive workgroups. With a 99-second warm-up time and a color first copy out time of just 8.6 seconds, the e-STUDIO2500c/3500c series makes no compromises when it comes to performance. The e-STUDIO2500c offers an output speed of 25 color ppm, while the e-STUDIO3500c features color output speeds of 35 ppm. Both the e-STUDIO2500c and 3500c print monochrome documents at 35 ppm.
Image quality also takes center stage with true 600-by-600 dpi output and the latest Fiery technology. Toshiba has included several proprietary technologies to further enhance color and image quality, including:
The e-STUDIO 165/205 MFP series features standard copying, printing and local TWAIN scanning functionality. The e-STUDIO165/205 series is targeted toward small businesses, executive offices and small workgroups that require copying and printing functionality in space-challenged business environments.
The e-STUDIO 205CP full-color printer is a 20-ppm device that functions as a business color printing solution and offers mid-sized workgroups standard network printing in a compact package. Driven by a 500 MHz processor, the e-STUDIO205CP generates 20-ppm color output and a first page out time of just 13 seconds. This results in increased productivity and efficiency due to less time spent waiting for print jobs. In addition, the 1,200-by-1,200-dpi print engine features a duty cycle of up to 65,000 pages per month for further productivity. The e-STUDIO205CP also boasts enhanced 4,800-dpi image quality with automatic color correction, which produces text with solid and bright colors.
