ADSERO Corp. (OTC BB:ADSO), a North American leader in the printer cartridge remanufacturing Industry, announced the company has completed the final purchase of 328,500 treasury shares of Turbon AG, bringing its total ownership to 400,000 shares, equivalent to a 10 percent stake in Turbon AG.
Yvon Leveille, CEO of ADSERO Corp., stated, "The company will now proceed with its plans to satisfy the necessary requirements to complete the formal takeover bid for Turbon AG."
