The new entity will combine the strengths of each organization to make a true market leader in the Canadian remanufactured toner cartridge market.
New World Technologies, itself a leading quality remanufacturer of laser toner cartridges that pioneered the Canadian industry, is ISO 9001 registered, STMC compliant and CGSB listed, has earned a reputation for maximizing end-user acceptance and category growth for its resellers. It also brings to the new entity its lean manufacturing, production expertise, and strong marketing skills. This, coupled with PTi's extensive product line of over 800 compatible imaging supply items including laser toner, fax, copier, inkjet, and MICR supplies as well as its state-of-the-art R&D department will make PTi Canada one of the best sources of remanufactured and compatible imaging supply products in the Canadian market.
The transaction brings the best from both organizations and builds on PTi's international growth strategy.

PTi Canada dealers also have a greater choice between PTi, NWT, and QIP branded compatible products, or PTi's High Resolution line of compatible toner products and generic inkjets.
