Speakers Set for Forum at Asia Expo 2004

July 16, 2004

RE China and Recharger Magazine have announced the lineup of speakers for the Global Remanufacturing Forum: Asia. The Forum is an executive-level event held on Oct. 27 in conjunction with Asia Expo 2004 at the Shanghai Exhibition Center in Shanghai, China, Oct. 28-30, 2004. Recharger Magazine is the exclusive media sponsor for Asia Expo 2004 and is the sponsor of the Forum.

The Global Remanufacturing Forum: Asia will give an in-depth look at the growing Asian markets. The Forum is held at the Shanghai JC Mandarin Hotel, which is adjacent to the Shanghai Exhibition Center, and is the host hotel for Asia Expo 2004. Special group hotel rates are available.

Attend the Global Remanufacturing Forum: Asia to learn why you can’t ignore the Asian markets and how you can take advantage of the growth opportunities for your company. The Forum has great presenters such as Dr. John Wyhof of Static Control Components, speaking on quality in a growing marketplace; Helen Duan, Innopat Intellecutal Property Co. Ltd., speaking on intellectual property issues; David Rocheleau, Lyra Research, speaking on statistics and trends in Asian markets; keynote and welcome address from Arnold Ho, Print-Rite; Susan Ning, King & Wood Law Firm, speaking on why you should consider doing business in China, joint ventures and other business strategies for addressing Asian markets; and a panel of leading international experts moderated by Recharger Magazine’s Publisher Phyllis Gurgevich. All presentations will be available in English and Chinese.

The Forum offers executive-level content at a great price. The Forum fee of $400 per person during preregistration includes all speakers, keynote and panel, as well as lunch, a dinner cruise and a visitor pass to the Asia Expo 2004 trade show.

The dinner cruise is an excellent networking opportunity for Forum attendees, who will have the opportunity to see the sights of Shanghai, Pearl of the Orient, from the deck of the boat Shanghai Scenery. Enjoy authentic Chinese cuisine while networking with industry leaders from around the globe.

The Forum fee also includes a visitor pass to Asia Expo 2004, which is dedicated to the global printer consumables industry. This show is a great opportunity to learn more about taking advantage of the growth opportunities in the Asian markets while visiting beautiful Shanghai. Asia Expo 2004 visitor passes are only $40 during preregistration, which is through Oct. 1, 2004.

Companies from around the world will be represented as exhibitors, including Gantech Opto-Electronics (China), Future Graphics (United States), Oliser International (Turkey), PowerVip (Argentina), PRI Development (New Zealand), Print-Rite (Hong Kong), Ribbon Tree (Macau), Shanghai GW Electronics (China) and Static Control Components (United States).
